DSK carried out the following to ensure the building was safe for access.

Removal of asbestos cement flue pipes and jointing compound.
Removal of the lino, floor tiles and bitumen adhesive.
Removal and disposal of asbestos mastic to the front windows externally.
Encapsulation of the exposed gasket on the gas intake flange.
