Kirsty attended the mesothelioma charity race day on Monday 8th June alongside her Mum Gail and Brother Ben. Here is what she had to say.
‘It was an absolute pleasure to sponsor the 3.30pm race and award the winner with a trophy. Well done to all the winners, supporters and attendees it was an honour to speak alongside the wonderful founder of Meso UK Liz Darlingson MBE. We will continue to support where we can and raise awareness of the dangers of asbestos and exposure. Meeting people whom have been diagnosed with Mesothelioma and hearing there individual stories has been both touching and moving. There is hope and we should never lose it’.
